About
Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse is located on the Chesapeake Bay side of Kent Island Maryland.
This historical waterfront venue was once the ferry terminal between Sandy Point and Kent Island Maryland from 1936-1954 before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge was built. In 2009 the ferry house was restored to its original rustic appearance and soon thereafter became the most popular destination on Kent island to hold weddings. With breathtaking views of the Chesapeake bay and bay bridge, Matapeake is sure to provide you the elegant waterfront wedding destination you are looking for.
