I've known Marv for many years. He takes much pride in every cut as he wants you to look good and feel good. That is a reflection on him. Marv is a busy man because he is highly sought after. If you want to look good and feel good for a special event, you need to hit up Marv.

No longer a Customer due to Unprofessionalism



I will no longer be a customer of Marv the Barber due to what I consider rudeness and unprofessionalism. I have been a customer for over a year and had been satisfied with the service. I followed the rules and booked my appointments online. I even paid the no show fee when I did not cancel my appointment in time.

What I find rude and unprofessional is when i have an appointment and the barber does not show or cancels the day before or on the day of the appointment. This has happened on several occasions. The last time it happened I was told I just didn't remember being told it was cancelled. What a way to talk to a paying customer. I could believe it. Since we are required to schedule appointments online; shouldn't the barber cancel them online as well?
