Idara began as a wedding planning company based in Sugar Land, Texas. After 2 years of wedding planning, I quickly realized that wedding palnning isnt for me. I went into wddign planning to help couples find lasting joy and to observe two people that are in love walk down the aisle.
After observing all of the weddings, I found that I do not enjoy the planning process, but rather I enjoy the coming together process. I decided that my gifts, personality and talent are better suited to help couples in the most important part of the day, getting them to say I do. I love the vows, the promises that 2 individuals can make to one another and agree that they will start a life as one. That gives me joy and my joy will translate to joy on your wedding day, at the most crucial point in your new life.
Although planning a wedding by yourself is quite doable, it is easier with of help! Fortunately, I had the pleasure of having IdaraEvents aid the planning of my wedding. Nikky, the main planner, is one that will make sure that the vendors cater to your every--and I mean EVERY--need. She makes sure that the vendor understands exactly what you want, and that coherence is not present, she makes sure that another vendor does. Nikky is also an attorney, which was one heck of a perk. She not only reviews contract, but she is also able to enforce them as well. Nikky is a very homely individual; she was found it routine to make sure I was doing okay, and did her best to reduce additional stress that managed to come my way. Nikky was also VERY creative, and creativity is a must for a beautiful wedding. Her suggestions added the right amount of pizzaz that my wedding needed. Lastly, but definitely not least, I believe that Nikky has the best set of co-workers in the planet. Selena and Karen were nothing short of amazing on the day of the wedding. All three put together on the big day? Simply amazing. They worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy, stress-free, and in complete bliss.
