We are sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with us.

One week before the event, you sent sent us a specific list of flowers for a specific set of arrangements. Everything was executed according to your emails. We traveled with our team from Crete and bought the flowers ourselves from Athens one day before your event. They were kept in industrial refrigerators until transported in our specialized and refrigerated van to your ceremony. We have receipts of purchase for the flowers and the vehicle’s ferry tickets with its vehicle type that prove our claims.

Despite your arguments regarding the design, we delivered during your presence on site and you were quite happy with the decorations until the time we left. You never raised any complaints about your bouquet nor any other items - which were, as mentioned above, according to plan.

Your ceremony took place in a boat that you took to the seas during the event. Cut flowers cannot withstand high wind speeds, nor heat, nor direct sunlight, nor exposure to salty sea water, because they dry-out and are in danger of dying. Given the parameters of your event, you should had factor them in beforehand so that you could allow them to survive during the ceremony. We never consulted you about their survivability, nor we have any email on record in which you raise such a question.

As a business we are responsible for delivering crafts of excellent quality to the customer’ s designated location. After that, we cannot take credit for any damage done to the items, either intentionally or unintentionally by our clients or the environment they chose to host their event.

We feel sorry that you have such a distorted view of the services we provided. Our team always tries to aim for the most elegant and high quality results possible while being passionate and loving for our craft. Each of our client’ s projects is taken very seriously and yours was not an exception.
