Mrs. Lou's cake are amazing! She made us three cakes to try for our wedding cake and grooms cake. I am gluten free and she made one for me. We are going to make the top gluten free so I can eat cake at our wedding. She met with us for nearly two hours sketching out and drawing both of our cakes. When we were done she got her pans and stacked them up to show us how the cakes would look. She is fabulous! I would highly recommend using her. And I have been at many weddings with her cakes and they are always an amazing presentation!

I have to say my FAVORITE part of the the wedding was the cake. It was BEAUTIFUL and tasted AMAZING. It was the best cake any of us has ever had!!
