I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Lotus Bridal! Before scheduling with Lotus, I visited one other shop that did not meet my expectations - Lotus absolutely exceeded them! Melissa was so helpful when booking, answered all my questions, and was available every time I called the store. Nicole took such great care of me during my appointment. I came to my appointment alone and she made me feel comfortable, heard, catered too, and most importantly beautiful! I found my dream dress and cannot wait to return for alterations. I don't even know where to start. I'll start with Marissa, my bridal consultant. She was exceptional -- she made the experience feel stress-free, she listened to what I was asking for and didn't pressure me into saying yes to any dress during my first visit. The boutique itself had a great collection of dresses, this was helpful for me as I walked in expecting to like one style and ended up going with a different style - they have SOO much to choose from. They allowed 2 guests with me at the Brooklyn location and while I didn't have the place to myself, it was nice to have another bride there to give each other compliments. When I was ready to say yes, Marissa was quick to respond to help me schedule my follow-up appt. I was nervous I would be talked into trying something else, but in fact, Marissa knew exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sway me and the veil she picked out for me was a beautiful addition. Overall, I am EXCITED for the dress to come in and to eventually wear it on my big day!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Lotus Bridal (Brooklyn) and to work specifically with Marissa.

I purchased my dress last May for my wedding on 5/20/23. Marisa helped me find my dream dress and it fit me like a glove! I also had alterations done with Lotus as well. Everything was "seamless."
