Lea was literally my hero. I booked with her on recommendation from our photographer, Ashly McCoy, and I am so, so glad we did. First, she was booked for a two week coordination package, but we were in touch the entire time - she was so patient answering my questions, following up for me, getting details together, finding out different packages or deals, and letting me know how this all is supposed to work. We were also planning from across the state, and she was so flexible about meeting dates and phone calls. She's so bright and lively and just an absolute joy to work with.

When we had issues with schedules or other vendors (whether major or minor) she was quick to chase down the right people and get it fixed for my wife and I. It was also deeply important to me to work with LGBTQ friendly vendors, and she was an ultra supportive part of our wedding. Lea exceeded my expectations as a month-of coordinator for my wedding. Despite not having a full planning package, she played a crucial role in creating a seamless timeline and executing the wedding day flawlessly. From the pre-wedding walk-through to the 12-hour wedding day, Lea demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill. She served as the quarterback, ensuring I was where I needed to be at every moment, from the first look to the final exit. We paid for the Day-Of-Coordination and Lea and her team did not disappoint. Lea was in constant contact with us leading up to the event to ensure we had all our deposits paid and contact information for each vendor utilized was passed between us and her. On the day of a lot did not go to the original timeline, but Lea and her team were so quick to help us readjust and maintain as close to timeline as possible. Lea assisted my wife and I to stay on schedule after one photographer did not show, and helped make sure we got the most of our picture time as we could. During the ceremony and reception, the team ensured we were fed and never thirsty the whole night. Lea was also quick to fix any small errors that may have happened from other vendors, and did an amazing job at setting up our decorations we handmade for the ceremony. I could not have seen this day going as smoothly as it did without Lea and her team. 110% would recommend her as your event coordinator! She also gives great advice on photographers, DJs, and other vendors that you should choose from!

Lea truly knows how to get the job done! She’s so calm and handles everything with ease. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. I truly do not know what I would have done without Lea. Lea kept me on task and made sure everything looked and felt perfect for our wedding day, without being pushy or demanding (which can happen with wedding vendors). I knew I was in good hands from the chats leading up to our big day, but nothing compares to the peace of mind I felt on the actual day, thanks to Lea.
