The Linton Homestead is a two story historical structure built in 1908 on 4.5 ac of prime property on the Caloosahatchee River, two miles from the Gulf of Mexico. It has 300 ft of water frontage and some of the best fishing for snook, redfish, sharks,and tarpon any where in Florida. .
The 1900 sq ft house is made out of pine and cedar, and has weathered many hurricanes over the years.The property contains about 600 mature palms.There is a lagoon that is 150 ft long and 50 ft wide that has docked our boats for years.There is much flora and fauna on the estate.
The Linton Homestead is a lovely 100 year old house that has been renovated and refurbished on one of the most beautiful private properties in Florida.
The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 dayrooms, an office, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. It offers a generous bridal suite for the wedding party on that magical day. The ceremony and reception can be held on various parts of the property in order to best accommodate caterers and entertainment etc.The Linton Homestead sleeps 10 and can be rented for your event.

It is my pleasure to review Linton's Landing as an ideal place to hold your event. My wedding was held there. It was so beautiful, and very memorable. The venue is right on the Caloosahatchee River, in Ft. Myers, Florida. It is also an historical site. The house that we used to get dressed end prepare the wedding party,was built in 1908. It was charming and very romantic, as it took us back in time. The staff couldn't have been nicer. If you want an extraordinary and picturesque place to hold your event I highly recommend Linton's Landing.
