***ATTENTION*** Hi Brides and Grooms, friends, family, and attendants! It's been a long time since we've updated our WeddingWire profile and that's for good reason. We suffered painfully through a very difficult year and a half. We became very overwhelmed with the volume of work very quickly and our customer service severly lacked. During this time, we missed deadlines, went many days without being able to return correspondence to our paying customers, and at times seemed very unreachable. If you read the reviews, you will certainly see that reflected. When we began this company, five years ago, we became instantly and wildly successful. Our first three years, we were winners of the Brides' Choice Award which is awarded by WeddingWire on behalf of the brides who voted for us. Our first year we did 6 weddings, then 12, then 42. This third year sprang on us with demands that we were very unprepared for as newer business owners. Our photo quality never suffered, and if you read what our brides have had to say it generally sounded like something along the lines of "Great pictures but..." or "We loved the photos but..." or "great girls to work with but...." They have always been thrilled with our picture quality, and for that we are so gratefully thankful. We absolutely love being behind the camera and we pour our hearts and souls into ever click of the button. We learned all these things in school. They taught us composition, and exposure, and posing and lighting. But neither of us took a single business management class and boy did it show. Now, two years later, we have pulled ourselves up by the bootstraps and much of what we know now has been self-taught and absolutely essential is making this business survive. We have brought on a customer service department who's sole purpose is to stay in contact with customers, answer all their questions, help with concerns, and basically just be the face of Linked Forever Photography. We have added a team of editors so turn around time has gone from a couple months to a couple weeks. New reviews have started to trickle in reflecting our absolute commitment to our customers. Gone are the days of nonresponsiveness and loooong wait times. This process been a little bit of trial and a lot of error. But now that we are working like a well-oiled-machine, we invite you to call or email us. See how we operate. See how quickly your calls are answered and your emails returned. Come in and meet with us and voice your concerns. In an effort your acheive your total satisfaction, the payment schedule has been enhanced so that you do not have to be paid in full until well after the wedding, when you come in to order your album. This gives us no other choice than to maintain your satisfaction. We have also implemented a "Pencil Me In" system where if you show interest in a date and come meet with us, even if you do NOT book, we will pencil your wedding into our calendar. This means that you are under no commitment or obligation to use our services, but that we will not give the date away without contacting you first and giving you the chance to book it. We have a very steep hill to climb back up but we hope that you will give us a chance knowing that the past is now behind us, we have learned from it, and we are a better company for it!!!

My photographers, Meghan and Rachael were awesome.They were professional, courteous and extremely accommodating.It was great having 2 photographers as they were able to capture so many special moments which could have otherwise been lost with only one photographer.Their prices are competive. They were so flexible with me because i changed a few things due to some dark clouds (which never happened to drop any rain) but they still worked we me switching the plans around.
They really caught every emotion in the pictures it actually feels like i am looking at myself but during that day in photo.
I cant believe it has come and gone but i know that they captured all the memories for me and i look forward to seeing the rest.
They were the most amazing and easy going photographers ever. :)
