The event planner for our wedding was Drew Coleman. I had no idea what an event/wedding planner did because I have never planned nor had a wedding. Drew was very organized and he started the process by asking us what type of wedding we wanted. He was very professional and unassuming. He then made an outline and timeline of how to make it happen. He detailed what we needed to do, and what he and his staff was going to do. He thought of details that would have never occurred to me or my fiance. He did the research, made the phone calls, and solved problems as they arose. This allowed my fiance and I to avoid some of the stress of planning a wedding and continue on with life. He treated vendors with respect and accommodated requests to explore less expensive options. He made suggestions when we asked, but he I never felt he was dictating the details. If we wanted to do something completely different, he was enthusiastic to make it happen. In the end, our wedding exceeded my expectations by far and my wife and I have received numerous unsolicited comments that it was the most fantastic wedding that they had been to. Yeah, everyone thinks their wedding was the best, but I truly believe Drew and his Crew made it an exceptional event.
