Based in West Chester, Ohio, Le Macaron French Pastries Liberty Center is a bakery with a vision. Co-founders Rosalie Guillem and Audrey Guillem-Saba are a mother-daughter team. Inspired by their desire to share French macarons with the world, these two creative women reunited their family and started a business.

Le Macaron French Pastries Liberty Center provides clients with authentic, French-made macarons. Rosalie and Audrey mix flavor, texture, and presentation to deliver quality products. Made with a mindful and health-conscious approach, these macarons are guilt-free and delectable. Le Macaron French Pastries Liberty Center uses traditional methods to make these delicious treats. This includes using ground almond shells, meringue, and quality ganache. Only natural ingredients that are free from preservatives are used in the baking process. Distinct from the Americanized macaroon, a coconut cookie, Le Macaron French Pastries Liberty Center's French macarons are true to their origin.
