Landers Center is an arena, convention hall, and theatre located in Southaven, Mississippi that is available as a modern wedding venue. The venue is home to the Memphis Hustle of the NBA G-League and can accommodate events of almost any size.
Facilities and Capacity
The 17,000-square-foot convention facility can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 1,000 guests for a sit-down meal. The venue has its own liability insurance to give you peace of mind on your big day. The Landers Center has plenty of parking for you and your guests, with up to 60 spots for VIP parking, and is wheelchair accessible for your convenience. The convention hall has 20-foot ceilings and can easily be transformed into whatever type of environment you desire for your special day.
Services Offered
When you book your wedding ceremony and/or reception at the Landers Center, you will be able to work closely with their events team. The team will efficiently execute your lighting and sound needs and support you throughout your wedding planning process. They work closely and collaborate with their clients to ensure they’re giving you the wedding of your dreams. On the day of your wedding, the team will provide tables and chairs as well as event set up and clean up. The facility is also a great location for your other wedding events such as your engagement party or bridal shower.
Cuisine
The Landers Center has its own food and beverage department that caters any event in need of food or drinks and provides servers and bartenders. You’ll be able to choose from buffets, hors d'oeuvres, plated meals, stations, and more dining options. They permit couples to bring in outside cakes if desired and can provide other desserts. Bartenders will be able to pour a wide variety of drinks at an open or cash bar. Beverages that are able to be served include house beer, liquor, or wine; premium liquor; a champagne toast; specialty wine; and signature drinks. We loved using the Desoto Civic Center in Southaven, MS because its such a beautiful place. The staff were excellent. And we loved workinf with the planning manager.
