Beautiful pieces and lovely owners
I absolutely loved my experience at Lakum. Heather and Sathya were kind, compassionate, super accommodating and felt like old friends. Their clothing is beautifully made, of the highest quality and they make sure each piece fits perfectly. I couldn't recommend Lakum Bridal more.Sent on 01/30/2019

I went along with a friend who is also engaged for her bridal appointment. We had a wonderful time, the staff were great, as were the selection of dresses! Although I had already bought my dress, I was lucky enough to find the perfect hair piece here for my big day. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!Sent on 02/27/2018

Lakum is an unbelievable new(ish) brand run by the Sathya and Heather. With a little luck, I ended up at Lakum after searching the internet for a dress. I knew that I wanted something simple, that I felt like myself in, but I wanted it to be special. I saw a dress online, I think from a bridal fashion week post, and emailed Lakum. I ended up in Saytha and Heather's adorable brooklyn store front. After trying my dress on for the first time, I was pretty certain it was "the one". It just felt like me. I could dance in it. I didn't feel like a cupcake. The store felt authentic, nothing like large, wedding factory like places that exist now. The added benefit of falling in love with a dress from Lakum was getting to work with Sathya and Heather. They were always available for tailoring appointments, even around my busy medical school schedule. When I emailed them nervous thoughts about whether we should "go lower" on the back or not, they got back to me with thoughtful, sound advice. That is just what I needed while prepping for the wedding. They became my friends and they will do the same for any customer that come through their door. So, go to Lakum! If only to meet the amazing Sathya and Heather. You may also find your dress!Sent on 10/20/2017
