With unrivaled views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and areas seasonal scenery, they found a slice of Virginia paradise on this land. Now serving as a place to host special gatherings, Kateri Event & Wedding Venue has been thoughtfully designed for warmth and hospitality.
Indoors Setting with Elegance and Charm
Beyond the stunning surroundings, this venue offers three elegant greatrooms to host a memorable celebration. Two rooms feature stained-glass windows from a historic church in Waynesboro, giving the space a timeless beauty. Cherry wood floors and brickwork add a touch of charm and warmth. With over 100 windows throughout, these rooms invite the outdoors in.
Down the guest wing, you will find the Something Blue Bridal Room, a beautiful setting for you and the wedding party to prepare for the big day. After your wedding, you can enjoy a complimentary overnight stay in the guest suite, full of comfortable amenities to add a relaxing end to your celebration.
The Enchanting Outdoors
When you step outside to the decks, you will be welcomed by panoramic views. The back porch overlooks a peaceful Japanese garden. The pool area has a gazebo and cozy fireplace, making it the ideal setting for evening celebrations. One of the standout features of the property is the side lawn. This open space is perfect for dining and dancing under the stars with stunning views at every angle.
Rental Details
With Kateri Event & Wedding Venue, you will enjoy exclusive use of the space for three days, from Friday at 12 pm to Sunday at 12 pm. The venue's amenities include, but are not limited to:

Even though it was mid-June, the evening turned out to be a bit chillier than expected. We had originally set up cooling units for the caterer, but with a quick change of plans, the team seamlessly switched to heating units on the back deck. Their flexibility and professionalism meant everything went off without a hitch.
The entire experience—from the ambiance to the attentive service—was flawless. I wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate our wedding anywhere else. It was the best day of our lives, and this venue played a huge part in making it so special.
