Jasmine Rake and Ms. Special are court-appointed marriage commissioners. We work with couples to create ceremonies that reflect their personalities, values, and unique love story. Whether you are looking for a religious, non-religious, blended, traditional, modern, lighthearted, or sweet and simple ceremony, we ensure that your special day is everything you’ve envisioned.
While Jasmine is newer to officiating, she brings a wealth of experience from her background as an Army veteran, professional chef, event planner, and notary. Her extensive connections in the entertainment and catering industries allow her to offer more than just a ceremony—she helps create an unforgettable experience that you and your guests will cherish for a lifetime.
With a heart full of purpose and a passion for making life’s most important moments unforgettable, Ms. Special is a dedicated Wedding Officiant, Certified Life & Conflict Resolution Coach, and Mentor to teens and young adults. She believes every person deserves a moment that feels truly special, and she is committed to turning those moments into lifelong memories. As a Wedding Coordinator, Ms. Special ensures that every detail, from start to finish, is executed with grace, precision, and care, making sure that couples can fully enjoy their day without stress.
We take great pride in crafting personalized ceremonies that honor the couple’s journey and vision. Intimate Wedding
Jasmine was responsive to our questions and even accommodated a last-minute change in the wedding date. She also scheduled a 30-minute meeting/consultation beforehand to get to know us—our values, preferences, vision, and story. We wanted something short and sweet because it was an elopement/micro wedding with only our immediate family. Still, she made the ceremony spiritual, fun, personalized, and solemn at the same time. Our family was very impressed because Jasmine included anecdotes, the hand-fasting ceremony we requested, and was very professional throughout.
My husband and I felt we had a "proper" wedding ceremony. We expected a 5-minute ceremony to formalize and legalize the marriage, but Jasmine turned it into a 20-minute ceremony with much more than we hoped for.
