Jennifer Wallace was born and raised in Minnesota. She moved to Los Angeles more than eleven years ago, accompanied by the best Midwestern qualities. Over the past decade she has developed relationships and aquired expertise throughout Southern California and the world.
Jennifer began her love affair with logistics in 2002, working with the country's first environmentally friendly luxury car service. She managed countless projects, handled all financial activities, and recruited and trained employees. She became the beloved client rep for many Hollywood A-listers and coordinated transportation for multi-million dollar events. Jennifer developed relationships with key clients to enhance word-of-mouth growth of the company and watched the customer base double.
As a result of her work on a major event, she was recruited by a private high-end concierge company, serving clients with royal pedigree and expectations to match. During this time, Jennifer polished her skills to pursue the satisfaction of client needs without sacrificing vendor relationships. In addition to coordinating special events worldwide, she also took over the finances for the firm and managed all business operations.
Three years later, Jennifer set out on her own. Her business grew to include running the life of a partner in a private equity firm (and subsequently, his family). She managed his personal and business travel (putting him on the road 80% of the year), planned all events, made sure no ball was dropped, no person forgotten, no detail missed. Having established her business, she opened up her special event services to non-retainer clients.
For almost a decade, Jennifer has spent every available minute of her day helping people plan, coordinate, host, and produce their events and manage their lifestyles. She is esteemed by all who know her as the go-to person, fixing seemingly impossible situations, and creating order out of chaos. She doesn't take "no" for an answer and takes great pride and joy in successfully implementing someone's grandest visions and simplest desires.
Jennifer Wallace is a skilled producer who finds her greatest fulfillment in making each day more productive for her clients, and by changing their red-letter days into gold. Her word is sound and she values enriching the lives of her clients, employees, and vendors.
