Karina was phenomenal! From the first meeting to the end of our wedding, she was there for us every step of the way. A wealth of knowledge, creativity, kindness and can-do attitude. The passion and love she has for weddings shines through in everything she does. We couldn't have done it without her and feel so very blessed to have had her with us through the adventure. Whether she was helping coordinate meetings, giving us advice or getting her hands dirty helping make bouquets and boutonnières, she was a superstar. I heard so many comments on how calm I was throughout the planning process and the day of, and I owe it all to her. Our wedding turned out to be everything we envisioned and more. Everything came together so beautifully and ran so smoothly. Not only was Karina an absolute gem to us, but to our families and friends as well - she treated them just like family. To see that much love and happiness in one room meant the world to us. We would definitely recommend her services in a heartbeat!

We had hired Infinity Weddings & Events to help us with coordination and some design/planning aspects to help our day of go smoothly. Karina took it to the next level, by providing a level of service that was invaluable. Not only did she help with the few things we had requested (helping with colour selection for linens - we had a "rainbow lego" themed wedding). But, she caught several things we would have been lacking on the day (vases for bouquets, stand for seating chart, etc.) It was all the little stuff that made Karina an invaluable part of our wedding day.
She was also available to us for questions whenever we required it (which I hope wasn't too often...)
Her team was also an asset, in terms of speed and efficiency of striking the decorations at the end of the night, and aiding in coordinating moving everything to appropriate vehicles, for removal from site.
IFE also provided us (B&G) a detailed timeline for approval a week and a bit before the big day, and once approved, coordinated with vendors to ensure everyone knew the times they were to be places and where. At the rehearsal, she also provided "pocket" sized timelines for wedding party, emcees and parents, which was something that seems so minor since we could have easily sent an email out, but was amazingly helpful as they were conveniently sized, and hand delivery means we knew all our VIPs were informed of their requirements.
Her contacts in the industry also helped us pull off our rainbow lego themed day!
All in all, our day would have been much more stressful, and full of hiccups without Karina's management.

Karina was the glue that held together our day. We hired her for put up and take down of all of our reception decorations for our wedding and she did an absolutely amazing job! I would recommend her to anyone - she has great prices, perfect communication and was a joy to work with.

Karina was very efficient and resourceful when I asked her to help pick out the decor and for setting up my reception venue. I only had access to my venue the day of my wedding and knew I needed someone with a good eye on detail and I trusted 100% that she knew of my vision for the space and everything turned out just the way I wanted it!
