Ellen is amazing!! She was so responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. I told her from the beginning that I have a phobia called Tryphobia where I can’t do clusters of circles or flowers that remind me of bugs, and Ellen was so accommodating and even sent me reference photos to make sure I was okay with the flowers she chose or not okay with them. I was in a time pinch as I had to cancel my big wedding celebration at my planned venue, and replan a smaller, more intimate celebration in my parent’s backyard in a matter of a few weeks. She was attentive to answer emails quickly, and made the stress of replanning my entire wedding much less stressful.
