Hotel Solamar has 14,000 square feet of event space spread across its floors. It features six meeting rooms, two hospitality suites, a private dining area, and rooftop terrace. The terrace has exquisite views, fire pits, and palm trees for a laid back atmosphere. It can comfortably accommodate 240 seated guests or 500 for a standing drinks reception. The Cortez Ballroom, meanwhile, is more than 3,300 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 375 guests. If you are planning a more intimate gathering, the ballroom can be divided into three smaller salons. Finally, the Cabrillo Loft is more than 1,600 square feet of space and can be split into two smaller spaces. It can accommodate 150 guests.

    My Wedding Brunch

    I planned my wedding in a week, had no idea if things would come together however Kristen went above and beyond to give us the most lovely Wedding Brunch. We had literally met her the Sunday before and in a weeks time she set up a brunch that exceeded our expectations. In such short time she gave us a beautiful polished brunch, built us a delicious menu, set up our tables beautifully even picked up our florals, and went as far as offering herself to take family pictures the day of. In addition I should add the service my guests got was exceptional and the venue itself was had the coolest vibe and a awesome view of the city. This venue and its staff are truly a hidden gem :)
