Meghan, the event coordinator, is absolutely astounding and we were incredibly grateful for her compassion, thoroughness, and enthusiasm. She worked with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the planning process easy and enjoyable.
Hilton provided many features to enhance our special day, including decor and a spacious prep room. We enjoyed our catered food and appreciated their wine and beer selection. Hilton put a romantic treat in our room, which was a nice touch after such a busy day!
We booked many rooms through the hotel and thank Jason for his help. There is a Houlihan’s on the main floor, which was great and convenient for our rehearsal dinner, after-party, and brunch! The manager, Richard, was always available to help with information and planning.
Hilton Springfield is an incredible value in Northern Virginia, and I highly recommend considering them! -

Every year, I DJ an event for the Fairfax Firefighters Retirement Fund. I get to see a lot of familiar faces, not just from the first-responders in the audience, but also from the staff. They're very easy to work with and have the answers for you before you can ask. We've needed to run a cable around the dance floor, they were able to hid it completely without pinching the cable. They have everything ready to go and make it easy to load-in and out. Would love to see how they handle weddings, because fundraiser events like these are treated with smiles, respect, and an open hand to help.
