Our hotel in beautiful downtown Appleton will provide you with on-site wedding coordinators to help with every detail, so you can be assured that your wedding will be flawless. Have your wedding coordinator start by helping you pick the perfect room. Our Ballroom, referred to as the "Grandest Ballroom in the Valley," can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. For a more intimate setting, choose the Empire Ballroom, which comfortably accommodates up to 300 guests.
The Paper Valley Hotel also offers a location for outdoor Appleton wedding ceremonies. Our well-groomed courtyard is every bride's dream. The Courtyard can be rented for ceremonies and is also available for rehearsal dinners and/or cocktail receptions. Or, consider our renowned Vince Lombardi's Steakhouse for a rehearsal dinner sure to kick off your weekend in style.
Along with a beautiful ceremony and reception site, take advantage of our special wedding rates. We will supply a block of guest rooms at a discounted rate for you and your guests. Guest rooms can be reserved online with a special website designed just for you or by calling our reservation desk, making the process hassle free.

My husband and I wanted to take some time to thank the Red Lion Paper Valley Hotel for our amazing wedding on June 20, 2020! Rachel Reigel was our coordinator and worked with us every step of the way, helping us navigate the safety concerns during this pandemic. We had plenty of space for all of the tables and our guests to be socially distanced. The staff did a great job safely serving food/drinks and found a way to handle our main dinner, appetizers, and late night snacks with minimal contact.
Our wedding day was everything we imagined and hoped for. We cannot thank you enough!
