Unfortunately Hurricane Irma threw us ALL for a loop. Eman sincerely did try getting us into the facility (without endangering anyone) to prep it for the wedding. However, there was no way it was sufficient time to "dress it" the way we needed & wanted. We honestly were not able to enjoy our daughter's wedding; we simply had too much to do with very little time. That said I wish either EMAN HAD SUGGESTED or I think of an alternative e.g., just use the big room, split it in two and not worry about the 2nd room. PREPING BOTH ROOMS WAS JUST TOO MUCH WITH TOO LLITTLE TIME. It's not really her fault; EMAN WAS ACCOMODATING I JUST WISH SOMEONE WAS THERE TO HELP US THINK OF AN ALTERNATIVE. As it turned out we were working with little time and lots of "set up". I truly think other people would benefit prior to signing a contract discussion is held regarding "set up, decoration, helpers, etc. All of that is important when looking at the "flow of the day".
Aside from that the facilities were physically excellent; the price was good; and the staff were all very friendly ( except the evening replacement staff he disappeared the 1st 20 minutes)
I would recommend the facility to anyone who is needing a large space with flexibility.
The hurricane was an inconvenience for us all but we thought we did our best to make your daughter’s wedding come together beautifully. Eman called you immediately after the hurricane to let you know the status of the venue and that your wedding will most likely be postponed as hosting a wedding with severe hurricane damage would be incredibly unsafe. This is also outlined in your contract. You said postponing the wedding was not an option, so we had a team of 20 construction crew at our venue around the clock for a week to ensure your daughter’s wedding would still happen. On the days leading up to the wedding we informed you that our secondary space where the ceremony was going to take place might not be completely finished until the day of. Eman DID suggest that the best plan was to do both the ceremony and reception in our main event space which we do all of the time for a wedding of your size - but you insisted on having the ceremony in the secondary space. We offered our professional suggestions but we still made what you originally wanted happen. We allowed you to come into the venue to start setup 4 hours early complimentary which gave you 8 hours total. Instead of using professional vendors to do your decorations, you chose to DIY which always takes more time than hiring a professional. We even had 4 of our team members helping you with all of your elaborate decor setup to ensure it all got done on time. We also require you to hire a day of coordinator to help with the “flow of the day” which you took upon yourself. We apologize that you were not able to enjoy your daughter’s wedding but we did all that we could do (and more!) to ensure your daughter’s wedding would happen as scheduled. Unfortunately, we can not control natural disasters but we really thought our entire team (especially Eman) went above and beyond to make your daughter’s wedding happen. It was a pleasure working with you and we thank you for choosing Heaven. We wish you all the best!

I worked with Jennifer Burns and she was amazing and very helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed her advice/opinion… she was there. Jennifer was very friendly and so sweet. She worked we me through everything. I really appreciated her. Thank you for everything. My Wedding was amazing.
