DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! THE OWNER DOES NOT REPLY WITH ANYTHING BUT EXCUSES AND THEN IGNORES YOU AND BLOCKS YOU FROM HER BUSINESS PAGE SO YOU CANT TRY AND LEAVE A REVIEW! I booked De Caldwell for my wedding and boudoir photos out of town back for December 31, 2022. She charged me $2553 via PayPal and we had an agreement of half being paid before the trip then the other half being paid after. I paid her as I said I would shortly after our wedding and have only seen a few of my pictures from a “sneak peek”. I have not received anything outlined in my invoice at all. I have been sent 3 very little cheap looking “look books” in October 2023 but that was only after constant messaging asking for anything for months! I have been met with constant excuses as to why she hasn’t sent me my pictures and items. She has now resorted to ignoring me until I have messaged her multiple times trying to get any reply. She has stated that she is double charging for editing because of her computer crashing which is not my fault. She has spent the money I paid for without ensuring the items I paid for will be completed and delivered first. She will not issue a refund or give me my pictures so now I am having to look into suing for my pictures and some of the money back! All I wanted was my wedding and boudoir pictures for my husband and I. We can’t get that day back and we can’t redo it to get a photographer who will actually deliver the pictures that are paid for to us.
