They were amazing. If you're looking to have a pig roast, they are the best. They were friendly, professional, prompt, and my guests raved about the food. We've already given out their info to others for future gatherings. Couldn't have asked for betterSent on 07/27/2014

Ed (the owner of Gridirne) was great! He was very responsive when we reached out to him about possibly catering our wedding. He allowed us to come out to his house and he cooked us several GENEROUS portions of meat and side dishes to test. Ed cooks all of his meat pig-roast style and starts cooking the morning of your event and then hooks up his grill to his truck and drives to your venue. The meat cooks the whole way there. And it's delicious. It has a perfect smoky flavor, and it's not dry. We got a half pig roast and everything we heard from our guests was very complimentary.Sent on 03/19/2014
Ed also cooked scalloped potatoes (which were the bomb), green beans and he whipped up a salad. Included with the meal were rolls and sauce for the meat. He also provided all of the flatwear, silverware and plastic cups. We had a rustic wedding in a barn, so it was a perfect fit.
After everyone was done eating, he packed up all the leftovers and allowed us to take them home.

Edward and Ed were our chef's. The food was great! We had beef roasts, chicken, au gratin potatoes, salad, buttered noodles, and rolls. Everyone raved about the food. They pull up and open up grills and prepare the food right there. They provide the chaffing dishes, paper products, coffee, etc. They bring many great sauces and dressings. I can't say enough about how good the food was. They were very easy to work with and followed up two weeks before the wedding and the morning of the wedding.Sent on 07/02/2013
