The staff made my wedding day AMAZING. They were all super flexible and willing to come in the day before and day of to allow us to set up and make it perfect. This place is a MUST for your wedding day. THe only thing was that it was a little hot inside the reception hall.....but it was July, so you cant be too picky!Sent on 07/23/2017

Jim and I had our perfect wedding here ( 9/16). Clint Williams has/had information on every aspect of the wedding we needed: our Clergy, Caterer and even how to and what would is needed for a marriage license. Our guest repeated told us how lovely the Gardens were, and they loved that the wedding and reception were all in. With a day that can be filled with hassle, our day was hassle free!Sent on 11/11/2017

This is a beautiful outdoor location in the cute, historic town of Olmsted Falls. The main problem, as mentioned by another reviewer, is that you can't get into the area until 4:30 if you're doing the evening ceremony with reception. But we showed up a little early and started the ceremony at 5:30 with no problem.Sent on 08/22/2014
If you use this venue you must use their bar package and choose from 2 caterers (Stancato's and Alfonso's; we used Alfonso's and had no complaints. Loved the food and service).
Clint was generally reachable by phone, but sometimes gave conflicting information. For instance, we asked months before if there was any mic system for the ceremony and he said he had a wireless mic for us to use. We double-checked with him a few weeks before and he said, "Oh, no. That's something you get from your DJ." So we had to scramble to add that with our DJ. The woman who handles the bar (his daughter, I assume) didn't return any of our 5 calls, so we ended up calling Clint and setting things up through him. And as another reviewer mentioned, your rehearsal time is 2 nights before the wedding to accommodate possible other ceremonies. Wasn't a problem for us, though. No open flames permitted, but we used battery votives on the tables and the chandeliers in the pavilion made enough light and looked awesome. Also wanted to have corn hole, but they said we couldn't put it on the grass. We just set it up in the altar area later. It worked.
Small annoyances aside, this venue was gorgeous. It's well-cared-for, in an adorable location that provides lots of nice settings for photos, and everyone who attended raved about how perfect it all was. And be sure to check out Falls Ice Cream on the square. It's a short walk and they do arrangements where you can send guests over and settle up with them at the end of the night. We did this in lieu of a cake and everyone loved it!
