Formerly known as the Ryan Nicholas Inn, Grand Holland Estate is nestled on six wooded acres of land, to ensure privacy and peaceful seclusion. Its mansion sits at 10,000 square feet, and surrounds you and up to 350 guests with vintage décor and crystal chandeliers. Large windows surround the main foyer, bringing natural light to any ceremonies held on the grand staircase. For couples that prefer an open-air location, The Crystal Pavilion provides 3,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor floor space. Its placement on the estate allows the ballroom to be filled with natural light, creating a romantic atmosphere for you and your guests. Throughout the property, romantic pathways are featured throughout the yard areas, for a romantic stroll among the lush greenery. No matter which venue you choose outdoors, the flourishing array of trees will be your backdrop as you exchange your vows. Parking is available for up to 66 vehicles, with wheelchair accessibility to accommodate your guests’ specific needs.

The team at Grand Holland Estate will handle setup, teardown, and trash removal for your ceremony and reception. You will have access to tables and chairs for any venue location you prefer on the property, with options for tables and linens. Chefs are available onsite, with a variety of cuisines to choose from to create a menu to match each couple’s unique theme and aesthetic. You and your guests will be cared for throughout the night by the team of bartenders, servers, coordinators, and other service providers.

Accommodations

Four bed-and-breakfast rooms are available onsite, which can accommodate a total of 12 guests. Each room is decorated with its own individual theme, and features a crackling fireplace, large bathtubs, and luxurious beds.
