Amanda was amazing, she made sure everything was set up on time and made our day feel effortless. We were so happy with her service and how she ensured all of our vendors stayed on the same schedule. When changes and flexibility were needed, she was there. She was there when scissors and bobby pins were needed for wardrobe malfunctions. I cannot recommend Grace in the Details enough.

Amanda was the day-of coordinator for my wedding reception at the Fullerton Arboretum Bacon Pavilion in October 2022. She was referred to me by another coordinator who was on the preferred vendors list of the venue but was unavailable for my event date. It was such a blessing to get to have Amanda as our coordinator. She was calm, supportive, and thoughtful throughout the preparation process and the day of our reception. As our day-of coordinator, Amanda handled all of the decor set up and vendor communication on the day of the event. She took such good care of my husband and I during our reception- making sure we knew what was coming up in the timeline, directing us so that we would know where to be for our grand entrance, checking in that we were eating and staying hydrated, and managing any vendor questions or schedule adjustments that came up throughout the night. She also made sure all of the decor, cards/gifts were packed up and taken home by a pre-designated family member at the end of the night.
During the planning process, Amanda was a helpful resource to go to with my questions or for advice. She was familiar with our venue so she was able to help me when I needed to make decisions about the layout of the space. Amanda sent me a detailed questionnaire/planning guide to help me communicate to her all the details I had planned, so that we would be on the same page when it came time for her to set up the decor. She also created a timeline document and sent it out to all of our vendors so that she would be the contact person on the reception day. In the days leading up to the event, she helped field questions from vendors and had a check-in call with the event lead from the catering team to make sure everyone had the details and schedule information they needed to make our reception a beautifully memorable celebration.
Amanda's fees were an excellent value for the service she provided. How can you put a price tag on knowing your event is in good hands so that you can just enjoy your big day? Make having Amanda as your coordinator one of your "must haves" for your wedding budget planning. It will be well worth it!

Amanda did an amazing job helping support the entire day! She had a great organizational planning guide that helped me think of things that I never would
have considered. Since I am a newbie to planning a wedding, there were many things that stressed me out like the flow events at the reception. Her timeline guide, which planned every detail to the minute, made the flow of events go smoothly and took a lot of pressure off my plate. She even helped troubleshoot what if scenarios (we did a backyard wedding and it rained throughout the day). If you’re looking for someone to make sure your day runs smoothly, you have fun, and does damage control, Amanda is the person you want in charge. She’ll even deal with managing personalities (crazy bridesmaids or guests) and does it with such impressive grace and professionalism. Her assistant was well prepared to support the coordination needed with the photography and flow of our Catholic Mass (a very strict ceremony with specific demands) and we were able to get all the shots with our important friends and family and enjoying our ceremony. Amanda made sure to review all the details of the wedding with us, and was very responsive via phone or email with follow-up questions leading up to the week of the wedding. The evening before, she walked the venue at our home and made great suggestions to secure the venue flow for crowd control and table seating. Amanda reached out to our DJ and Catering team and was in constant communication with them throughout the entire night. She is a very calm, collected and reassuring person, a type of personality that helps a bride make it through their BIG day. We are so grateful for all the hard work she did and would hire her again for another big event in the future.
