Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
We hired Sara to help us the month of our wedding, in particular the week of the wedding and day-of. I can't say enough about how wonderful her and her team were the entire time! Sara is based in Los Angeles but she flew to Mexico for our wedding with 1 assistant. About a month before the wedding she met with us at our place to go over details and review our decor we bought. She had a check list and we went through everything for the big day and we left that meeting very excited and really confident everything was going to go well. She had great communication with our vendors before the wedding as well.
Come the wedding week, she was in charge of the rehearsal and did a great job. Our wedding party was really impressed that she made itineraries for the wedding day for everyone so they knew where they needed to be and when! That was super helpful. The day-of the wedding she checked in on us while the guys and girls got ready all day. Her and her assistant made sure everything was set up at the wedding so we could enjoy getting our hair and makeup done and enjoy time with our wedding party. A big thank you to her for helping with the back of my dress as I walked onto the beach down the aisle so my dress didn't get caught on something. She was on top of little details like that which was so helpful. Throughout the wedding she was always right there when we needed her or when it was time to do something (i.e. cut the cake, first dance, etc). She stayed on top of her timeline and it made the entire event run so smoothly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Sara and her team for your wedding. She really made the whole week go so smoothly by taking so much stress off of me and my groom. Thank you Sara!

Couldn't have asked for more
We hired Golden Poppy off of a referral and we could not have asked for more. They were prepared for everything, unfazed by the last minute details and day-of crisis. On top of all that, they are the type of ladies you would like to invite to your wedding had they not been working it. So sweet and personable... the best energy.

I cannot say enough good things about Sara and Golden Poppy Events. She is absolutely the best. We hired Sara to help us plan our wedding and coordinate all the logistics on the wedding day. And she was simply remarkable. I don't know how we would have been able to have such an amazing wedding without her. She is helpful, patient, caring and extremely professional. Throughout the whole day my newly married wife and I kept telling each other how lucky we were to have Sara. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
