My wife and I were looking to plan a destination wedding in either Jerome Arizona or Sedona Arizona. We started our search in Jerome, scouting locations etc. and were told by most everyone we spoke to that we MUST visit Coleen at Gisele's. So we did...

We stepped into their bakery and knew we had to sample. And sample we did. We sat down with Coleen and put a rough idea of what we wanted together. Before we knew it, she helped us decide on exactly what we wanted and the decision was made. She took her time, gave us many suggestions and we decided on a 5 tier cupcake arrangement with a small wedding party cake as the top tier. This was the first vendor selected, without even having a location.

Coleen and her husband were great to work with. They were accommodating while we planned the rest of our wedding from New York State. The arrangement was there on our wedding day, on-time and looking spectacular. Coleen and Jeff nailed it and the cupcakes were delicious!

Coleen did an incredible job making our wedding cake! We described to her exactly what we wanted (kind of a rustic "stucco" looking cake)... and it is exactly what she delivered. Both my husband and I are lactose-intolerant, so we were over the moon when she told us that her buttercream frosting is lactose-free. Her cakes are beautiful, and more importantly, they are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. We ordered a cake with about 100 pieces, and had about 60 guests attend. At the end of the night, we had about 6 pieces left (not including the anniversary cake)... it was definitely a hit. Her prices are also very reasonable, especially for the high quality products she delivers. Thanks, Coleen! :)
