Gil Smith provides fixed price wedding coverage. We shoot in a journalistic style and will cover your entire event, as long as it lasts! We begin coverage as you get ready for your event, through the ceremony (to the extent allowed by the venue/officiant), post ceremony photos, the ENTIRE reception, and if an after party occurs and we are invited, we will cover that too. No hourly charges, no extra hour charges, we cover your event in its entirety.
To offer this fixed price option we schedule one wedding per day, we provide digital images ONLY, high-res unmarked, to a password protected website, right click save-able, within two weeks of your event. This will include a downloadable slideshow with your prerecorded music added if available.
We can offer (at additional cost) book design and printing, and professional printing of your images on multiple media. We can also offer engagement photos, trash the dress, boudoir, coverage for bachelor(ette) parties, bridal showers, or any other event. Scheduled separately, also at additional cost.
We are available for destination weddings outside of the WDC area provided our travel costs are covered. We are fully credentialed members of the press and hold US Passports.ready to travel.
We have no issues with any sort of wedding as long as everything being done is legal. As a result of our work in sports and leisure we have done shoots in a variety of environments.
