I loved working with Gigi's Weddings & Events, and I will definitely hire them again. I found Gigi and her staff to be fun, friendly, creative, and very professional. I had lots of questions throughout the planning process, "last minute" requests, and many changes in between, all of which Gigi's happily accommodated. Gwynn of Gigi's was the catering coordinator for our Night to Shine prom for people with special needs held on February 12, 2016. This non-profit event was sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted by the North Lakeland Presbyterian Church and the First Presbyterian Church Lakeland. We hosted approximately 200 guests, 200 Buddies (one-on-one chaperones for each guest) and almost 200 general volunteers. She was very energetic, knowledgeable and professional...and donated her time and services to this special event so our cost was minimal. Gwynn personally contacted many area restaurants, corporations and specialty shops for contributions so we could keep our costs down. She is very hands-on and can spot possible "problem situations" and quickly resolve them. I was also impressed with her creativity and the care she showed in making sure all our volunteer and parent areas were treated to the same quality she presented to our guests. I had complete trust in her abilities and commitment to our Night to Shine event, which was absolutely priceless to me as the event coordinator. And I am hoping she will be on board for next year's prom and would recommend her to anyone else in a heartbeat!
