Georgia Louise is my Italian Fairy God-Mother. Coming from Texas, I put all my faith and trust in Georgia, her team, and her recommended vendors and they 100% made all of my dreams come true. Georgia is present, hard working, easy to communicate with, and no matter what will stand up for you as her bride. These are qualities you hope for in a wedding planner, and we were so blessed to get them with Georgia.
It is possible to get married in Lake Como without seeing the venues or tasting any of the food when you have Georgia. She Facetimed with me basically the entire town of Varenna before I had selected Villa Cipressi as a venue. She called me on Sundays, any day of the week and at any time even when I told her she shouldn’t work so hard! She really wants the best for her brides and she wants us to feel secure and settled about our wedding.
Georgia went above and beyond for our other events leading up to our wedding. We requested a Rehearsal Dinner – very typical in the states but not in Italy, and her team put together the most wonderful dinner in a perfect setting on the lake. Georgia was sure to use different colors, patterns, and textures in her design for the Rehearsal Dinner so it would not conflict with the main event- Wedding Day.
Her right hand lady and extraordinary designer/painter, Laura, exceeded all expectations with designing and creating the Welcome Letter, Itinerary, Table Plan, Menu, and Wedding Brochure. Her attention to detail and work ethic are commendable and truly appreciated.
I cannot express my true appreciation and love for Georgia Louise and her team. This past year planning and deciding details was not the horrible, stress fest that my American wedding friends experience. I was having the time of my life planning and dreaming up our wedding and then finally seeing it all come together was a dream come true. Our Lake Como destination wedding was truly one for the record books, all thanks to the hardwork of Georgia Louise. First of all one thing is to be said. Georgia is a kind and cute girl. She coordinated everything perfectly, making herself super helpful. We sincerely thank you and we reallly reccomend her!

My wedding turned out better than I could have imagined thanks to Georgia. She was so flexible and was very patient with my insane work schedule during the planning process. The Villa she arranged was stunning and the dinner the chef prepared for us was one of the best fine dining experiences we’ve had in our lives.

I remember my very first impression of Georgia; I had sent some enquiry messages to several wedding planners back in 2019 and she was the first and only one to respond back within 5 minutes! When we had our first phone call with her, she promised us she was available at any time and could do literally anything for us. And wow has she lived up to her promise!!

What started off as what would be a wonderful celebration with our family and friends (who all live in Australia) in October 2020 turned out to be a nightmare when Covid hit. We decided to cancel our reception as Australia had closed their borders but wanted to still go ahead with the ceremony. Our original venue said we could not downsize our celebrations with them so Georgia worked hard and was able to secure us an even better venue (Villa Balbiano!) for a ceremony only with dinner for the same date. All was looking good and ready to go when my partner caught Covid a week before the wedding! It was devastating for us but Georgia was there, as our rock and guide. She once again worked really hard to communicate with and to rearrange all our vendors for our new wedding date in July 2021.

Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT. I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful it was, absolutely worth the wait. Everything went so smoothly and I know this is not an accident, this was Georgia’s hard work coordinating everything!! Our flowers, the design of our arch, the design of our table setting, the schedule of events, EVERYTHING was completely what we wanted.

Georgia’s greatest strength is her ability to listen to what you want and to tailor your wedding to who you are as a couple. Over the last 2 years, she has been consistently available (never takes more than a few minutes to reply to you!!), she is so supportive, she is very flexible, she is honest with you and guides you with her experience. Most importantly, she cares about you and wants your day to be perfect. AND to top it all off, she is extremely funny and had my partner and I both laughing outrageously with every phone call.

Please, please, please do yourself a favour and hire Georgia as your wedding planner. You will not regret it!

Having a wedding planner like Georgia made it possible for us to have our destination wedding in Italy in the midst of the pandemic. Georgia was sympathetic and as emotionally invested as we were. She truly cared, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more in someone who was helping to organize our once-in-a-lifetime event. After wedding planning extended for a year beyond our expectations, Georgia continued to be in touch and provide as much information as possible. In the end, after two date changes, Georgia came through with beautiful decorations at our venue with little guidance from us. Although we did not select our vendors through Georgia, she coordinated with them seamlessly. We could not be more thankful for all her effort!
