Since his childhood, Chef Adam has had a strong passion for food. He has taken his formal culinary training from the Le Cordon Bleu Institute in Chicago and transformed it into a passionately seasoned career, providing Personal Chef Services, Weekly Meal Delivery, and Custom Catered events for people from all walks of life. From professional athletes to newlyweds, Fu5ion has been Chef Adam's platform to share his love of food.

After spending nearly a decade in the corporate dining setting, Chef Adam lost a piece of his passion for the food, in the politics of the business. It was time for a break. He spent 10 months of 2014, traveling the world. He visited 11 countries during that time period: Spain, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Costa Rica, Japan, and South Korea to name a few. He met amazing people, experienced new cultures, and most importantly rediscovered his undying love for food.

In late 2014, Chef Adam relocated to Indianapolis and decided to begin his lifelong desire of owning his own company, and Fu5ion Personal Chef & Catering Services was born. His passion for food and ability to build positive long-term relationships has aided in the growth of Fu5ion in a short time; from one weekly meal service client, on to several clients to whom he provides a variety of services.
