Jess & Matt are amazing. Jess has so much talent and so easy to work with. She is willing to work with any budget We were able to make changes and adjustments as needed. My flowers were beautiful. We got more than what we paid for. I couldn't ask for such an amazing mind to have done my flowers. She very busy and does many events and weddings each week so give some flexibility when communicating.

I did not have a good experience with Frou Frou at all. I don't usually write reviews especially bad ones, but I wouldn't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Jess is very friendly and I was excited to have her do our flowers, but things did not go well. Jess was late to deliver our flowers for the wedding party the day of the wedding. She was supposed to meet us at the house where we got ready, but ended up having to meet us at pictures. I was hopeful that would be the only issue but unfortunately it wasn't. Jess had decorated for a rehearsal dinner the night before at the same venue as my reception. Instead of providing us with the arrangements we asked for she left the same flowers up from the night before. Not only did we not get what we asked for, we got floral arrangements that had been used for someone else's event. We know this because we saw pictures of her arrangements from the rehearsal dinner that was the night before. The flowers were not fresh either. She also left out many things we paid for including two signs, some flower arrangements and some lanterns. I was extremely disappointed with her work and would not use her again.
