Our cake was simple yet elegant and delicious. It was dense and the buttercreme frosting melted in my mouth. Amazing! We were so pleased with it!

Not only is Annie super sweet, but her cakes taste amazing! We had to place a lot of trust in wedding planner, Luise TY as we could not do a tasting so far away from TCI. We wanted something simple, classic and sweet. I also wanted some vegan cupcakes as I am a strict veggie with lots of veggie friends. Annie was very responsive over email and we had a great time talking to her via the phone a few times. Annie did a beautiful job on the cake and it looked just as great as it tasted, which is quite a feat! I had many compliments from friends on the cake taste and look. The vegan cupcakes were amazing! I honestly was super impressed to have a rich vegan treat in a remote island! I am currently craving one writing this review. We are so happy we booked From Scratch TCI for our wedding day!

Annie was very considerate of the style of cake I wanted. As this was a destination wedding, I had to place a lot of trust into my vendors and she did not disappoint. At the cake tasting, she provided every single combination of flavors possible. Everything went smoothly and the cake was delicious!
