Facilities and Capacity
Ford's Colony Country Club offers several facilities for you and your partner to say "I do." You may begin indoors in the Williamsburg Dining Room with 80 guests for a peaceful rehearsal dinner or seated cocktail setting. On the other hand, you may enjoy the Colonial Banquet Room to share a champagne toast or walk down the aisle with 100 of your closest friends and family members. In addition to these intimate areas, they provide their Garden Pavilion for any wedding event and welcome up to 250 people with smooth floors, brass gold chandeliers, and glass wall frames.

Born in Northern Virginia, Kristen discovered her passion for hospitality early on. After graduation from Radford University, Kristen worked as the catering director at Old Dominion University's Ted Constant Convocation Center for six years. Then moved to Williamsburg to work for the Williamsburg Winery for three years, where she honed her skills in customer service and event planning. Following her time at the winery, she spent three years at Great Wolf Lodge, where she gained valuable and unique event experience. Kristen's expertise and passion for hospitality led her to her current role as Director of Private Events at the Ford's Colony Country Club. Kristen's attention to detail, creativity, and ability to anticipate and exceed her clients' expectations.

Weddings at Ford's Colony are some of my favorites to photograph! Their venue space is open and full of light even on a cloudy day! The staff are so sweet and are good at keeping the flow of the wedding day smooth! I love the space around the venue! There are so many places for amazing portraits and the reception area is like something out of a magazine! I always recommend this venue to my couples!
