First off, please know your event is as important to us as it is to you. We work from the ground up to develop a menu that reflects the seasons, your budget, and what you love.
We use locally-sourced foods from organic and all-natural farms, purveyors and artisans. An entire event staff will be dedicated to your day: that includes our Executive Chef who has studied under and worked side-by-side with some of today’s most recognizable names in the culinary arts, a Sous Chef who has cooked in the James Beard House, our Event Chef who has expertly prepared food for hundreds of guests, and our Event Coordinator who is classically trained in art design.
We refuse to have a “set menu.” The food you serve on that day should be as intimate and reflective of you as your wedding dress. In order to come up with a menu that is truly reflective of you, our team will sit down with you, determine your food likes and dislikes, and to understand the flow and design of your wedding to make sure the food matches your vision for the day.
