Tracey was an absolute joy to work with. She did the balloon decorations for the wedding at the NYYC in Rhode Island. She was incredibly responsive and on-point with everything before and during the wedding (her staff came and left so quietly/efficiently... it was a very professional job). From a design perspective, she was just the right amount of prescriptive in developing a vision, yet good about listening to our feedback and adjusting course. Finally, she was very pragmatic- she explained to us clearly what the options were based on marketing pricing/trends and came up with creative alternatives that helped us stay on budget.

Tracey has been doing the window boxes and outside decorations at my business for several years. She is fantastic! She is extremely creative, and knowledgeable.
