The best decision we made for our wedding was to have JackStack cater! Their food is amazing, their service is amazing, and everyone is pleased after the meal and after the night! We absolutely felt that this was the way to make our reception comfortable and uniquely Kansas City. At first it seems a bit expensive, but all of the hard work that they did to make the food perfect and the service perfect proved to make it the best decision we could have made. I would HIGHLY recommend that others use them for any catering needs! No other meal would have made the night as special as it was!!

During the worst snowstorm Kansas City has seen in quite some time, Jack Stack worked with me to help coordinate numbers of guests. We are from out of state and every single guest was either supposed to fly in or drive. With the storm, that didn't happen. Kendra from Jack Stack was so accommodating. On top of that, there was a Jack Stack caterer at the event that saw that I couldn't have dairy and although we had ordered just cheesecake, he made a special fruit dish just for me. So awesome! They were so great leading up to the event and the day of. My guests are still raving about how great the food was. One person said yesterday, "Man, I wish we had Jack Stack here, I want it right now!" You never hear about how good wedding food is, well you will if you pick Jack Stack. Not only was their service and flexibility amazing but they were truly affordable as well. If I lived in KC I would use them again and again for any events I was planning!

Absolutely amazing caterer. Jack Stack staff impressed everyone from the wedding coordinator to guests with their professionalism. We had all sorts of problems with our rental company, our wedding coordinator was at a loss with how unprofessional the rental company people were as well as wrong, broken or missing items from our rental order. When JS staff arrived, they stepped right up and took over and smoothed everything out so you didn't even noticed that things were missing. They set aside the wrong or broken items and made do without them. Our guests didn't even notice anything had gone wrong. JS staff's behavior was totally professional and friendly, and their food was, as always, amazing. Too often, you get buffet food that doesn't taste as good as restaurant food or is overcooked, but Jack Stack's buffet tasted exactly like the genuine article in their restaurants. Beans are to die for.

Jack Stack was worth every cent we paid them, and then some.

Having Fiorella's Jack Stack cater our wedding was in both my husband's and my top 3 most important things for our big day. After crunching some numbers, we decided it was best to use their Martin City Private Dining Room for our reception, instead of hiring another venue and having them cater in. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. From the beginning, Tamara was great to work with for planning and executing the flow of the room, the menu, and getting everything done long-distance and very few in-person meetings. But all the planning is for naught if the venue can't execute on the day of. Fiorella's, however, not only executed our plans to the letter, but they went above and beyond the call of duty. Sherie, one of the banquet servers, was instrumental in aiding my Maid of Honor and my Day-Of Coordinator in setting up the venue in a very short amount of time. Tamara was on-site for the beginning of the reception, and Nate was the manager-on-duty for the event. When our wedding cake never showed, the management and kitchen staff moved to action and were able to produce enough delicious and amazing chocolate tuxedo cake for all of our guests, and they put several slices together doctored up with chocolate sauce and strawberries for us to cut during the cake cutting. In short, the staff and service were amazing, the bartenders were quick and attentive, and the food was, of course, nothing short of amazing. I wish I could shower more accolades on the staff! They deserve 6 stars! Thank you, Fiorella's for SAVING THE DAY!

Having BBQ in a Kansas City wedding should be the law! Well, it was to us. Jack Stack was a great choice - their prices were fair, their food was fantastic (we got so many compliments), and their service was fantastic, both before and during. The only negative is that you don't get to keep the food, which is a bummer and something to consider, but they do warn you from the start.

The food was amazing! Everyone loved it. The only thing I have to complain about is how they handled my cake. One guy almost dropped the top piece of the cake! The woman I worked with was great though!

The food was delicious, but the sales staff hounded me for 6 months prior to the big day even though I told them my father-in -law was the contact person for the rehearsal. They definitely put the hard-sell on.
