The Proposal
FeLine Fitness Bridal Bootcamp makes every bride look and feel like a Purr...fect 10! We focus on fitness that enhances a woman's femininity with grace and confidence. FeLine Fitness Bridal Bootcamp is designed to help each bride reach her personal fitness goals with a realistic plan to continue eating clean and exercising regularly.....after the Honeymoon is over!

The Engagement
The brides will have a comprehensive orientation before FeLine Fitness Bridal Bootcamp starts. They will meet with FeLine Fitness founder Katherine Callahan to talk about the Bootcamp itinerary and identify each bride's fitness goals. Brides will get a bridal diary, take a full body fitness assessment and have a "Before" picture taken with a professional photographer.

The Wedding Planning
FeLine Fitness Bridal Bootcamp will last for 6 weeks. Sessions will be 3 to 4 days a week for one hour.

The Bridal Shower
Every Saturday during Bootcamp is Fitness Challenge Day. It's our way of celebrating a week of hard work with...well, more hard work! We will take the week's exercises to a whole new level by putting brides through various fitness challenges. Bring on Bridezilla! Remember, these are the moves that will help you achieve a slimmer waist line, a sexy backside, toned arms and a sculpted body.

The Bridal Favors
Every bride should bring the following "favors" to each bootcamp session:
• Exercise Mat
• 3, 5 and 8 pound weights
• Water

The Guest Count
FeLine Fitness Bridal Bootcamp is limited to 15 to 20 brides. We want each bride to have a close and personal bond with our GLam Squad and with each other. Unlike most bootcamps, we make sure everyone gets personal attention to help them get closer to reaching their fitness goals.

The Menu
Brides will meet our GLam Squad nutritionist and personal chef . The nutritionist will set up a personalized eating plan for each bride while our personal chef will prepare a week of perfectly portioned and delicious meals!

The Cake
Maybe we should call it the icing on the cake-- the finishing touches to accentuate each blushing bride and her gorgeous features! Every bride will have a consultation with our talented makeup artist and have a professional makeup application for the "After" photo shoot at the end of Bootcamp.

The Decorations
Every bride will consult with our GLam Squad hairstylist to help choose her perfect look for the "After" photo shoot.

The Dress
Each bride will set her dress size goal at the beginning of Bootcamp. As she transforms into her Purr...fect body, she will meet with our GLam Squad designer who will make a custom cocktail dress for her end of Bootcamp photo shoot.

The Photos
Once brides have achieved their fitness goals, it's time for their close-up! Every bride will have a professional photo shoot to document their beautiful "After" look. We include a fitness photo taken in your FeLine Fitness Purr...fect 10 T-Shirt and a GLam photo in your custom designed cocktail dress.
