We can prepare an all-appetizer feast, an all-dessert festival, and everything in between - entrees, salads, side dishes, freshly-baked breads and rolls, and beverages. (We can provide non-alcoholic beverages only. You may provide and serve your own beverages, of course.)

We offer a range of menu choices and service options to suit your occasion and your budget.

We prepare everything fresh, just for your order. We freeze nothing (except our gelato, which we make ourselves). We always cook just for you, never for the freezer and never from the freezer. We never use any frozen products or frozen ingredients.

We can bring our cookout equipment to your outdoor wedding and do all the cooking for you right there.
