Everlasting Events and Pro is a wedding and event planning service located in Columbus, Ohio. Founder Clara has been planning events her whole life, she even chose to organize a big party for her sweet sixteen rather than get a car. Clara grew up in Columbus, and after living and working in hospitality in Dallas, she returned to her hometown to set up her business. She has deep roots in the community and excellent relationships with wedding vendors and venues. Organized and professional, Clara loves meeting with couples and hearing about their wedding plans. Event planning is this coordinator’s dream job, and she is excited to share her expertise with couples who need a helping hand.
Services Offered Whether couples are looking for comprehensive planning or just a little extra help on the big day, Clara is excited to pitch in. Her three planning packages are designed to accommodate couples with different needs around the wedding process. The Venti package is perfect for couples who may not know where to start and who need an expert’s assistance from start to finish. The Partial Planning package is great for those who have a handle on their preparations but still need some questions answered or help procuring vendors. The Grande option is best for couples who have done most of their own planning and just need some day-of coordination. Everlasting Events and Pro believes that couples should be able to focus on what really matters in the days leading up to their nuptials. With her clear-headed thinking and attention to detail, Clara is committed to ensuring that each wedding is as beautiful, bespoke, and stress-free as possible.
A Wedding Coordinator for Anyone Who Just Wants to Enjoy Their Day!
As a full-time professional wedding photographer I work with a lot of wedding coordinators. I recently had the pleasure of working with Clara Springer and can tell you she is one of the best. She worked so hard yet kept a pleasant disposition throughout the day, kept everything on schedule without yelling or fussing at anyone, and made the day so special for the bride and groom. She was also a tremendous help to me during the various photo sessions getting the families and friends organized for group photos and assisting with the couple’s portrait session. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and works very hard to be good at her job. I highly recommend Clara to anyone who wants to just enjoy their special day!

Anniversary Party
Quite Simply, I would not have been able to pull of this milestone anniversary party without Clara. her communication, behind the scenes work, and constantly reassuring me through the whole process was a blessing.
