We are writing to formally express our dissatisfaction with the DJ services provided for our wedding. The DJ, who was described as one of your top performers, failed to meet the expectations we had for our special day.

The communication between the DJ and our wedding planner was poor, and he was difficult to work with throughout the event. We had to oversee his work ourselves, which detracted from our experience. Despite providing written instructions for key announcements and song selections, these were either ignored or handled poorly, showing a lack of effort and care. This was not only noticed by us but by our guests as well.

Key moments, such as the timing of our ceremony entrance and first dance, were mishandled. The DJ played our exit for the alter song far too early, causing confusion to us and our guests and started the first dance song before we were ready. His music choices failed to engage our guests, and when the dance floor finally gained momentum, he would cut songs short. Additionally, he did not transition songs smoothly, letting entire tracks play without any cohesion. At one point, a guest even had to step in to help get the dance floor going, which is entirely unacceptable.

Furthermore, several key elements that we had agreed upon were not delivered. The DJ booth was supposed to feature our initials, as outlined in our agreement, yet this was not provided. When we inquired, the DJ was dismissive and unhelpful. Also, a disco ball was added without prior consultation, though we were asked on the day if we wanted it, such changes should have been agreed upon beforehand.

Overall, the service provided was unprofessional and not reflective of the high standards we expected from your company. We chose your service based on its strong reputation, but unfortunately, our experience did not align with this which we are very disappointed by
