My role on the wedding day is to be a storyteller. I look for artful and meaningful images within the day's natural flow. Every wedding is a brand new creative endeavor. Each wedding is as unique as its' participants are what we create together will be a collaborative effort.

I specialize in documenting weddings using a candid and natural documentary/photojournalism style. I strive to capture beautiful candid moments in an artistic way with minimal interference on my part.

Couples always ask me at the start of the day, "What do I do?"

My advice is simple, "Rela, be present, and enjoy yourself! Wedding days are naturally full of photogenic moments without having to stage or contrive prescipted moments. Those big productions take you away from enjoying the day!

I have been photographing weddings for over 10 years and have shot over 100 destination weddings.

I charge a simple flat rate for coverage for the entire day. I also always include the finished images in every package. I want to you to have all your pictures!

I love photography outside of the wedding world, too. My work has been featured in international exhibitions and been published by organizations such as National Geographic, The Nature Conservancy, Brides Magazine, Four Seasons Magazine, Harvard Law Review, and many others.
