We had such a wonderful experience with Elliotts Catering Company. When we first sat down with Morgan of Elliotts, she wanted to know what foods we like most as they have no set menu which is really cool. They completely cater a menu according to your price range and preferences. On our last meeting we met with Morgan and Mark, the lead chef at Elliotts. Both Morgan and Mark had us leaving the meeting confident and excited for our wedding. I can't say enough good things about them. They are so professional, their food was AWESOME, and their presentation of the food was so wonderful. We had stations for our wedding reception- a taco bar with all kinds of fresh salsa, fish, steak, and chicken. A southern station- shrimp and grits (THE BEST), fried chicken, fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese. A salad station, and a kids station. We are so pleased with our decision and our guests keep telling us how great the food was. Thank you Morgan for all of your hard work!

I would highly recommend Elliott's Catering Co. for any special event! They provided fantastic service for my June indoor/ outdoor wedding. Morgan from their team is extremely helpful and offers great advice to assist you in coming up with a unique custom menu. She was also willing to provide her own personal expertise on which china rentals to order and the best way to set-up the wedding food stations to ensure a nice flow throughout the evening. The food on the day of was delicious and I am still hearing from some of my New Orleans guests that they can't believe how great and authentic the Cajun food was. Would make the decision to use their service again without a doubt! Thanks to Morgan and the entire catering team they have for helping me throw the best wedding I could ever imagine!

My review of Elliotts Catering is mixed at best. For the good news: the food was excellent. When meeting with them, they are open to your menu choices (so come with ideas, since they do not have a set menu to choose from), and use quality farm fresh foods that are delicious. If this review was only about their food, I'd have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately, their customer service, professionalism, and flexibility leave much to be desired. Morgan Hawk is very unprofessional; at my wedding, which was formal dress, she wore a jean skirt and cowboy boots. She will not let you know of what other resources the caterering service requires (tables, chairs, etc.) until several days prior to your wedding, so be prepared to jump through many hoops to accommodate her demands. She is also very set in her ideas and ways of arranging tables and getting food to guests. Having 2 names on an escort card (Mr. and Mrs. Smith, for example) was not a part of her plan and caused her to continue to berate us for not complying to her demands. Overall, she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and inflexible in her methods and this outweighs the great food provided by the caterer.

I would NEVER recommend this vendor to another couple.
