Elegant Events is a tastefully decorated, climate controlled banquet hall and also has an additional outside event area. It is located just a short commute from Nashville, in White Bluff, Tennessee. The 8,000-square-foot facility was designed with loving couples in mind as a space where they could exchange vows promising to spend their lives together. Every detail of the venue was made with weddings in mind, from the get-ready rooms to the large windows with beautiful views. The hall itself is tastefully decorated with a vintage style that will allow for you to transform it into the celebration of your dreams. There is no shortage of beautiful photography opportunities for you to utilize, including a covered porch overlooking a sprawling field where there is another event space.
Facilities and Capacity
There are two indoor event spaces and an outdoor area where you and your loved ones can celebrate at Elegant Events. The elegant features of each will undoubtedly complement your personal style, while also being versatile enough to work as a blank canvas as well. Before the ceremony, the wedding party can relax in the get-ready rooms. The bride's room features an eight-foot vanity, a couch, a clothes bar with a shelf, and a private bathroom. The groom's room has a couch, a clothes bar with a shelf, and a private bathroom. Elegant Events is wheelchair accessible, and has plenty of parking.
Elegant Events offers enough space to hold events such as your wedding and reception. You are welcome to host your loved ones for several celebrations, including your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, and engagement party. Elopements can also be accommodated in the event that you are looking for something more intimate. Outside vendors and outside cake are welcome. Wedding planner packages are available, customized for your needs ranging from minimal assistance to everything included. Elegant Events also offers up to 260 white wedding chairs, up to 32 60-inch round tables, a few six- and eight-foot long tables, and bar-height 32-inch round tables along with draped panels that can be used as backdrops or room dividers.

Exceptionally Exquisite Venue with such a Gracious and Helpful Owner
Elegant Events was absolutely picturesque with gorgeous draping & chandeliers from the ceilings for the indoor ceremony and a beautiful landscape in the back with large stone steps that lead to an area of lush greenery in the background for outdoor pictures (first-look, bridal party, and send-off) that almost appeared like we were in a meadow or on a mountain. The intimate moments captured were truly breathtaking and more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The backdrops and amenities provided everything needed to make our perfect day nothing short of stunning. Also, the venue was quite spacious with plenty of room for all of our wedding events that day - I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful it was to be able to have the ceremony and reception at the same location without the need for travel in between.Sent on 09/14/2019
The owner Angie has the kindest heart for couples getting married and went above & beyond to make sure everything was done exactly how we had planned and hoped. She was present throughout the day and helped with anything that she could without even being asked. She displayed the upmost professionalism and hospitality to not only us but also to all our bridal party and guests, and she was an integral member of our planning team throughout the entire season leading up to our big day. She answered all of our questions promptly and gave honest/helpful recommendations when asked for her opinion on wedding matters. Truly, I cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and we will treasure the memories of this day in this special place for the rest of our lives. Thank you for making our dreams come true and being the place where our happily ever after began!

Venue rental for Friday and Saturday including, tables and chairs. Plus tables and chairs arranged and set up with linens, napkins, dishes, glasses, and table décor. Cake table set out with white tablecloth, specialty tables set up (gift, sign in, favor and memory), and final cleaning. All for $3900.
