The Champlain Islands have been home to East Shore’s grapes since the first vines were planted on Grand Isle over a decade ago. After perfecting grape-growing and learning how to make the most delicious cold-weather varietals in the state, childhood friends and owners Ben and Hal decided to take things to the next level and show people what they’re all about. The Landon Farm in South Hero is now home to their wine making, vines, and tasting room, where visitors can see how it all gets made and then try all East Shore has to offer. As a venue for weddings, events and private parties our location offers a quintessentially rustic Vermont experience in the Lake Champlain Islands.
