East Coast Joe's is a gourmet food truck owned and operated by Joseph Gerace, a professionally trained chef with over 15 years of experience. Joe loves to create custom menus with his clients and has served everything from fresh Maine lobster rolls to Korean fried chicken. His love for travel has enabled him to cook a variety of cuisines, and no request is too big! We use local purveyors and only use the freshest ingredients. Everything is scratch made in house, except our bread, sourced from Phoenix's Noble Bread, and our hand cut french fries, sourced by Arizona's Frites Street.
With the food truck, our set up options are endless. We can do food truck style, played, family style, buffet, or a combination. Show your guests that there is more to "wedding food" than the basics!
