I received a recommendation to get my wedding hair done at Denham and Co. from my home salon in Shadyside (which doesn't do updos) and a good friend of mine who goes there regularly. I was set up for a trial with Leann at the salon a few months before the wedding, and she eased ANY anxiety I had about what my hair was capable of for the big day (it's pretty fine and I was afraid it wouldn't look substantial enough in an updo for the big day with my chosen hairpiece and veil). She did a FABULOUS job. Fast-forward to the wedding day, where she came to our bridal suite at the Renaissance hotel to do my bridesmaids hair, my moms, and my hair. Again, fantastic, fantastic, FANTASTIC. I didn't think it was possible, but it was EVEN BETTER than the trial. I felt so beautiful :) She is so sweet too, and did a great job on everyone's hair (and everyone had different needs!) A+ she is AWESOME and so is her salon!!
