Great to work with - contacted us when one of our color choices was less ideal for easy viewing when printing and offered us great alternatives with samples to ensure they gave s exactly what we wanted! Perfect outcome! Fast delivery and turnaround... they even sent us the envelopes early at no extra cost so we could get a head start on addressing them.

We went through Delphine for our wedding invitations recently. Let me tell you, they were BEAUTIFUL, but what a NIGHTMARE!!! First of all, when you order the invitations, you create the template, and must submit it EXACTLY as you want it. If you mess something up, you have to pay $25 just to change the template. So, we spent hours writing our invite and proofing it over and over again. When we got the proof back, the name of the city was spelled wrong...however, in our submitted template it was not. They corrected it free of charge and sent the new proof back. This time they had randomly changed some words on the invite...good thing we were looking...on the third try, the formatting of the words had been changed..ugh!! Once we got everything BACK the way we had ordered them we thought we were in the clear. The invites were recived in the mail several weeks later and the envelopes did not have the liners that we had paid almost $100 EXTRA for. After several attempts at contacting these people via email, we began to make phone calls. No one ever answered the phones, and the response we finally received was a canned and somewhat snotty: "Sorry... we get thousands of emails and calls a day and can not respond to you quickly". When we finally got a response from John, his solution was to send us the liners and have us put them in ourselves. I was a little annoyed with this as these invitations were not cheap (a $480 value for 75 invitations) but agreed to it as I had to get them envelopes to the calligrapher sooner than later. The liners arrived and were not cut to fit the envelopes as expected. They also contained no instructions on how to properly put them into the envelope. After several failed attempts over several days to have a phone conversation with John and an email detailing to John how unhappy we were with his professionalism AND his product he finally agreed to talk to us on the phone, and refunded the cost of the liners. So unprofessional!!!
